Saturday, Nov 4, 2006
Jimmy Mac's (Rochester, NY)
w/The Kode

Join us for another exciting evening of jazz/funk and amazing video game music. The Kode rocks it pretty hard so be sure not to miss these guys!

Saturday, October 30th, 2006
Monty's Krown
with Konami Kode

Come join us on Monroe Ave in Rochester for a reunion show that promises to dazzle. We'll be opening for Konami Kode, a band out of Berklee School of Music in Boston. Featuring Rob's brother on bass, this band performs only video game music. They play it really really well too. Get down with us!

Sunday, June 18
Little Theatre Cafe
Rochester, NY

OUR LAST SHOW
Come join us in our hometown of Rochester, NY for the very last Kinde Trio show. We'll be splitting up after this (amicably) so this will be your last chance to dance with us, so to speak. Thanks to all. It has been quite enjoyable.

May 20
Jimmy Mac's (Rochester, NY)
Come on down to the High Falls area to enjoy some fine brews and fine instrumental rock/funk/jazz music. We dare you to conceal iguanas in your underwear.

Friday, May 5 @ 9:45pm
The Lily Pad
Boston, MA

Rob's brother's video-game cover band (KonamiKode) will be openeing for us in Ye Olde Bostonne. We're not sure why all words ended with silent E's in days of old, but we'll just roll with it and play a spectatcular set of spaghetti.

Saturday, April 22 2006
Private Party
in Naples, NY

Sat, April 1 2006
Alphabet Lounge
New York City

Finally, a gig in the Big Apple! I know we'll be practicing our ABC's for this April Fool's Extravaganza. Seriously, we're playing the show. That's not the April Fool's - honestly. C'mon believe us!

Sat, March 11 2006
Cottage Hotel
Mendon, NY

We'll be opening for our friends in the guitar trio Cerulean City. These guys are from Saturn and put on a great show. You know the old saying "Cerulean City is from Saturn and The Kinde Trio is from Uranus".

Friday, Feb 3rd 2006
Lost Dog Cafe

Ithaca, NY
We'll be opening up for Triose, a groovin' sax trio from Ithaca. Come enjoy some portabella burgers, beers, and some real toe-tappin music from the 1870's! Please note that we don't know what kind of music was played during the venerable 1870's.

Wednesday Nov 30 2006
Mezzanotte (Syracuse, NY)

Opening for Benevento Russo Duo, which should prove to be an exciting drum & B3-filled evening. We'll be playing from 10pm to 11pm downstairs. The Duo begins promptly afterward. Come get your groove started with us.

Fri Dec 9 2006
7-8pm

Saturday Nov 12 2005
The Undergrounds
[Student Union at SUNY Binghamton]
11:30pm - 1:30am
Moose is opening for us. The event organizers are treating us very nicely, so we'll be putting on an extra good show! Usually we just hit random notes till it's time to stop playing, but for this gig we're going to, like, play actual music and stuff.

Thursday Oct 13 2005
Milestones (Rochester, NY)
We'll be opening for Filthy Funk so bring your appetite for the instrumentally pleasing (and sometimes insanely spicy) music that will emanate from the stage.

Friday Oct 14 2005
Mezzanotte (Syracuse, NY)

We'll be opening for an acoustic duo (The Thousand Beards). Who will rock harder? The Trio or the Duo? Only you can decide.

Thursday, July 14 2005
Java's (Jazz Street in Rochester)
We'll be gracing the space at Java's once again after more than a year. We find it's best to blow the roof off of a place no more than once annually, which explains this absence. Or they told us never to come back and we're sneaking in. Either way.

Friday, June 24 2005
Milestones Music Room

We'll be opening for the Niche and giving away free massages.* Come rock out with us!

* Massages may or may not include a "happy ending" depending entirely, of course, on breast to hip ratio. Of your dog.

Thursday, May 12 2005
Milestones (Rochester, NY)

This is our rescheduled date for the second round of Battle of the Bands. We'd appreciate a large crowd because simply rockin' the joint won't win us a single vote. Pictures may fall from the walls, but votes cannot be cast without your support!

Thursday, March 31 2005
Lost Dog Cafe (in the Lounge)

Ithaca, NY
Come join us for a night of revelry at The Lost Dog. If you haven't been there, it's a nice comfy room with great food! A local Ithaca band will be opening (check back for more info if we can get it).

CANCELLED
Thursday, April 14 (10pm-11pm)

Our Niche show got cancelled but at least we'll still be gracing the Milestones stage with our nasty selves. This is Round 2 of Battle of the Bands, so get your votes in!
CANCELLED

Thursday, April 21 2005
Lost Dog Cafe (in the Lounge)
Ithaca, NY

We'll be playing at another enjoyable Lost Dog evening. Dose will be co-headlining. Grab a good beer, some good food, get your damn hands off me, and enjoy an evening of live funk/jazz. Seriously, remove your grubby hand from my thigh, or else.

Saturday, April 23 2005
Churchville, NY

Private Celebration

Saturday, October 30 2004
Private Halloween Party

I'm going as a Spanish monkey entrepreneur! And you're not invited! Unless you're invited, in which case that last statement is simply invalid!

Sunday, October 10 @ 6pm 2004
"Gibbs Gone Wild" event (Java's)
There's a bunch of bands playing in the alley way next to Java's on the 10th. We'll be playing right after Serotonin - our set starts at 6pm and lasts an hour. Come enjoy the live outdoor music while the weather holds up!

Wednesday, September 29 2004
Milestones Popularity Contest
WE WON - THANK YOU!

We'll be competing in one of the firts rounds of the Rock Fight! It ain't no talent contest - it's all about popularity. If you want to check us out, this would be the show! Come vote for us and let Milestones know that we're welcome on their stage.

Rockin' it in Justin's hometown of Potter, NY.

Friday, September 10 2004
McMusicFest

The McCoys know how to throw a good party and if it's anything like last year, it should be a great time. We'll bring our bangy-bangy presto kits and you bring your appetite for music. Deal?

Friday, September 3 2004
Private Party

Rockin' a house warming party into the wee hours, at which point the cops will probably be called...

Saturday, August 28 @ 9:30pm 2004
Opening for Oshe
Lost Dog Cafe

Ithaca, NY
It's been a while but we'll be opening for our friends in Oshe. Come out and get down to two great instrumental bands. We press buttons, vibrate strings, and bang on things.

Saturday, July 3 @ 10pm
ACME Bar & Pizza

Back at ACME! Let's rock! We'll be opening for Serotonin, led by John Servo (of Cerulean City fame and also Rob's brother). Grab a beer, a slice, a hot chick (especially if you yourself are a hot chick) and get down to ACME to experience the jazz/funk produced by THE TRIO OF FOUR!

Saturday, July 3 (afternoon)
WOWnet Cafe

Rob's art show at WOWnet is opening today. Justin will be played by Adam Toasto on guitar as Justin has obligations in Buffalo related to Ben Folds and drinking. Come support the arts - audial and visuo.

Thursday, June 10 @ 9:30pm
Lost Dog Cafe

Ithaca, NY
Our first show in a long time (opening for The Daily Supplement). Come support music in Ithaca and get drunk! Good food too!

Wednesday, September 3rd
McGarret's (formerly Heenan's)

We'll be opening for our friends and family in Cerulean City once again so come on down, grab a drink, and great ready for the improvised funk, jazz, and blues that will ensue. This will be our last show.

Wednesday, August 20 @ 11:30pm
McGarret's (formerly Heenan's)

Buffalo, NY
Pack up your rutabagas and head for Vegas! I mean Guffalo! I mean Buffalo! There! I can type! We'll be opening for our friends and family

Saturday, July 19 @ 11pm
ACME Bar & Pizza
21+
After sufficiently recovering from our time "swimming with the fishes" we'll regroup, grab our state-of-the-art sonic paraphenelia, and head over to the pizza place the hot chicks from space call EMCA. Once there, we'll setup our radio antennae and begin cosmic broadcasting.

(That's a really weird way of saying we're going to play music at ACME.)

Friday, July 18 @ 8pm - 11pm
The SPoT (East End Fest)

We'll be warming up the big space at the SPoT once again with the filthy filthy stench of sweet sweet funk. Or maybe we'll be outside entertaining the masses. Or maybe we'll just get drunk and count our toes. Disturbing Note: The sum of all Kinde Trio toes may or may not equal 46. Yes, that's possibly 6 extra toes.

Saturday, July 12
Willstock 2003
Shortsville, NY
Come join us as we celebrate Willstock, a gathering of good folks and good vibes to honor the memory of Mike Williamson, who was tragically killed in a drunk driving incident several years ago. The band lineup is still being decided but we know for sure that our friends in Lions and Lemonade will be jamming as well. More info TBA.

Friday, July 11 @ 9pm
McMusic Fest 2003 (official website)
Springwater, NY
For $10 you can enjoy a weekend of good food, good brews, and good music. Other bands who will be joinging us include Groovenutt, Warrior Poets, Doc Norris, Astralyte, and several others. You can't beat it. We'll be playing on Friday night at 9pm so come and get your groove on.

Sunday, June 29 ~ 5pm
Artvoice Music Festival

What?! Two festivals in one day? Are we friggin' crazy? Yes. Be afraid. We might even bring some sleepwalking zombies from the last gig as long as they're still busting those funky-ass riffs. BTW, Cracker will be playing as well (ya know, "To be with you girl is like being low, hey hey hey like being stoned"). Not kidding. Totally serious.

Sunday, June 29 @ 12pm
Rhubarb's 2nd Annual Family Picnic
Ellicottville, NY
We'll be taking to the stage at Rhubarb's 2nd annual festival on Sunday at noon to awaken the drunken masses with fits of sonic funk. Before you know it everyone will be sleepwalking toward the stage. Just be careful - if you wake up someone while they're sleepwalking it's said that they'll reach for the nearest intsrument and bust some nasty nasty funk riff that will send the interstellar message to the People of the Purple Moon. Ya know, the message about rutabagas. Damn.

Saturday, June 28
Pete's Wedding
With special guest Debbie on vibraphone!
Pete from The Joenz is getting married and we're going to supply the funk. Every wedding needs funk, right? Joining us will be Dan's girlfriend on vibes - she just finished her music teaching degree and is ready to bust out her skillz. And mad skillz she certainly has.

Saturday, June 21 @ 9:30pm
Java's
(Gibbs Street next to Eastman Theatre)
We pronounce theatre "the-A-truh". Kind of like "Sinatra". You can too.

Saturday, June 7 @ 11pm
ACME Bar & Pizza

495 Monroe Ave.
21+
Join us for yet another drunken brawl at ACME. The shenanigans begin promptly whenever the hell we want to start playing. Dammit.

Friday, June 6
NicheLand II (June 6 & 7)
Somewhere outside Watertown
Our friends in The Niche are putting on a two-day festival featuring camping, vending, and, of course, lots of live music. We don't know very many details yet but we'll post them as they become available. It looks like the lineup on Friday will include The Kinde Trio, The Joenz (of which Dan is also a member), and The Niche, among others.

Friday, June 5
Nietche's

Buffalo, NY (more info TBA)
We'll be warming up the stage for our friends and family in Cerulean City and Oshe. Unless something goes catastrophically haywire, everyone's sure to have a slammin' time.

Wednesday, June 4
McGarrett's Bar
(formerly Heenan's)
Buffalo, NY
Come join us in Buffalo as we open for Cerulean City, a funk guitar trio from Brooklyn. It promises to be a groovin' experience (if you know what I mean - nudge nudge wink wink say no more SAY NO MORE!).

Friday, May 16
The SPoT Coffee

East Ave near Milestones
Behold as our sonic constructions reverberate off of the high ceilings, hot coffee, and sticky brains of the patrons. Yes, our music has a brain-reverberation factor of 8.7, so you can all just chill the hell out for five friggin' minutes and enjoy it.

Saturday, April 26 @ 4:30pm
Hot Dog Day

Alfred, NY
Grab a hot dog and a beer and come join us as we celebrate Alfred's Hot Dog Day. We'll be the last band up (our set starts at 4:30) so we'll try to hold our own along with the other bands booked. These include Mixed Pallett, Tonight's Tomorrow, After Midnight, and the Alfred State Jazz Band.

Saturday, April 19
Somewhere Hazy
We'll be celebrating the season with Oshe, Cerulean City (NYC), Mackey, MDK, and other special guests.

Wednesday, March 26
Time TBA @ The Nines (Ithaca, NY)

If you feel like traveling, come check us out at The Nines, a nice size bar in good old Ithaca. We were going to open for a local band...until they canceled. So now we'll just have to play for longer.
***NOT CANCELLED, AS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED. SHAME ON OUR EYES FOR EVER THIKING WE WOULD CANCEL***

Saturday, March 22
9:30 - 11:30 @ Java's

16 Gibbs Street, next to Eastman Theatre
We'll be opening for Oshe once again...check it out.

Friday, February 7
8pm - 10pm @ Rocket Coffee

171 Monroe Ave.
We've never played at this coffee joint before, so come let us know it's a good place to play. Either that or confirm our worst fears by dressing up in a tight pink bunny outfit and starting your own kinky sex line.

Saturday, January 25
9:30pm - 12pm @ Java's

16 Gibbs Street, next to Eastman Theatre
We'll be playing in the basement this time...and Oshe will be joining us. So come and spike a cup o' your favorite beverage for an evening of disturbingly melodic jazz-funk.

Saturday, January 11
10pm - 2am @ ACME Bar & Pizza

18+
Come support us at one of our favorite venues. Eat pizza. Drink beer. And please make noise in support or disdain for us...last time no one made a sound and it freaked us out. Dan still ocassionally wakes up in a cold sweat.

Wednesday, December 11
10pm @ The Club at Water Street
With Oshe and special guests!
18/+ $4/$3 (all proceeds benefit The Rochester Music Coalition)

Come support local musicians as we grace the stage at Water Street for a night of jazz/funk and bone-grinding funk/fusion. The City newspaper-thingy says we play rock, but don't believe it...not for a second. Well, we don't care if you believe it for a second - just make sure you quickly dismiss that belief. Anyway, Rob's bringing cookies.
